The Website is a platform for online sale and purchase of Prism Johnson Limited, RMC India Division (“RMC India”), Products and services offered by RMC India through its various affiliates/registered dealers/sub-dealers/service providers. You acknowledge that we have the right to change or discontinue any Service at any time, without notice. You further acknowledge that we may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time to adapt to changes that we may make to the Services. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the Services.

Return Policy

In general, an item may be eligible for return/replacement if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
  • It is different from its description/specification on the product detail page on _______________
  • If the grade of the ordered Product is not as specified in the order and is beyond tolerance limit (not as per Bureau of Indian standard norms – BIS 4926:2003 of Indian Standard Ready Mixed Concrete – code of practice).


We stick to our committed timelines on delivery standards, in case of any delays due to any unforeseen circumstances; we would inform you regarding the same at the earliest. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you. Please get in touch with our coordinator.

The Returns and Replacements are done free of cost in case of above mentioned circumstances. Replacements will be done within 3-7 days of time from receipt of return at our plant and solely depends upon the availability of the materials/products.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned product.

Refund request - If your return is approved, your refund will be initiated by us within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. You will receive credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Your refund will be credited in the account, used for order payment or original method of payment. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.

Returns are NOT accepted if,

  • Product is used partially
  • If Product is tampered after received by customer
  • no other material/items will be exchanged for different material/items
  • Partial Returns / Leftovers are not accepted


Mode of Refund

If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase or original mode of payment thereof.

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Our representative shall contact you 12 hrs prior to shipment of the product. Your amount will be refunded after deductions of cancellation charges as per the below mentioned slabs.
  • When cancellation is done > 12 hrs before the shipping of the product – 100% refund
  • When cancellation is done 6 to 12 hrs before the shipping of the product – 75% refund
  • When cancellation is done 2 to 6 hrs before the shipping of the product – 50% refund
  • When cancellation is done < 2 hrs before the shipping of the product – 25% refund
  • When cancellation is done after the shipping of the product – Nil refund
Please Note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.

Shipping Policy

We shall take orders only after three days from the date of successful transaction. The prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all the shipping charges, taxes and any other charges like toll etc. Our transit mixers / tippers which carry the finished product are of standard sizes. It would be customer’s responsibility to ensure easy & safe access and motorable road for the transit mixer / tipper of 25-30 MT gross weight leading to your construction site and a road for smooth delivery of the consignment.

You will be responsible to give a safe environment, legal/valid address and accessible pathway to deliver the shipment. Failing to provide such, shipping charges will be charged with other taxes if any.
